Any project, large or small requires careful planning and execution. Having clear design documentation is essential for the completion of the project. Often implementation details change during the actual build, and documentation needs to be updated so that it accurately reflects the "as-built" situation. We understand this need and ensure that drawings, spreadsheets are updated at the time of changes, as this vitally important task is so often left out.

Hinx documentation are all clearly annotated with date and version, so all parties are clear on the state of the project. We are all skilled in the advanced use of most Microsoft products: Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint, Project and Sharepoint.

Network Monitoring 24x7

Hinx have built a standalone application server called EagleEyes that will sit within and quietly monitor your network status, providing trend, graph, uptime and alert information for your network regardless of equipment vendor. Alerts are based on the important connections in your network topology. Accessed via a web browser, all the information about your network is available instantly, 24x7 for you, with email altering also available.
